Your hollow glass moulds are transported via a heavy-duty, vulcanized rubber belt conveyor. Inside the blasting chamber, two 7.5 kW direct-drive turbines ensure a thorough cleaning, removing all glass residues and impurities quickly and effectively. After blasting, an air blower fan removes any external leftover media, leaving the moulds spotless.

Moulds are carried on wear-resistant manganese steel wire mesh trays to ensure low maintenance requirements and gentle mould handling.

These trays are carried in specialized roller ways for seamless integration into your production line.

Plus, an industrial tilter can be integrated to the system for the automatic emptying of any residual media inside the cooling ducts of the mould and reuse of media, automatizing even further your process and drastically increasing production, efficiency, quality and savings.
